Happy birthday, Kim Myungsoo.
I could write an essay about how much I love you but I won’t because frankly speaking, I think it’s been pretty obvious that I love you way beyond the limit of what an essay (and my poor vocabulary) can convey. But if I do have to speak about it and I have to make it quick then I guess I shall go on and write down the four biggest reasons for my seemingly irrational affection towards you.
Well, I love you for you are the strong-willed idol who probably skips his meals, loses his sleeps and sacrifices his private time everyday to work and still manage not to show any signs of lethargy just to please us fans. I love you for you still have the pure heart of a 20 year old kid longing for his mother’s warm hugs everyday despite being forced to grow up sooner than other kids of your own age thanks to your celebrity status. I love you for you are simply one of the most charming men that have ever graced the surface of Earth (even though you slip on that surface all the time). And above all, I love you for never once have you failed to be a shoulder for your other groupmates to lean on and for you have also learnt to depend on them after all this time.
So I guess that I love you this much because you are both a child and a man in one gorgeous human form and that despite all of your visible flaws, I really cannot ask you to be any more than the person that you already are.
